The journey to fulfillment starts with a step

So here I(Wynn) am again, its time for stage 2! So it starts off with Thrall waiting for 3 days for the Prophet to meet him and in the mean time Thrall started wondering where is his captain “Hellscream” as he should have reached a long time ago. However, instead of setting out to find him, the game starts off teaching us how to build buildings and maintain a town.

What is the link between the cut scene and the first part of the mission? Well… it’s a tutorial!

Anyway, it seems that the last 2 skills are unlocked for Thrall ! The “Feral Spirit” and his ultimate spell, “Earthquake”. Okay, at least now I won’t criticize so much about Thrall being weak, but still, why “Far Seer”? Shouldn’t the main character have a cooler name like “The Chosen One” or even the “Wolf King”(because he is riding on what looks like a wolf)?

So after building my base, another cut scene appears. The humans pop out of nowhere and threatens the Orcs. They also mentioned about having captured one of their leaders. Now we know where Hellscream has been hanging out. Haha?(cause he is in a hanging cage)? And why didn’t Thrall “far see” his friend in the human base?(I’m still bitter about the main character having a lame name) … Okay that was a series of cold joke, anyway so now we are going to fight the humans and rescue Hellscream! Lok-Tar Ogar! I have no idea what is that but Thrall said it before going to battle so it sounds like it is a war cry for the Orcs?

Mission accomplished! It wasn’t so hard to fight an enemy base as many reinforcements joined the battle when I fought through the enemy camp. So there is Grom Hellscream, and they plan on using the human ships to enter into Kalimdor. So the Prophet did not meet them in the end but their first step of their journey has started.

At this point I just want to say something. Right there Thrall was preparing to enter into his destiny, but the moment he heard his friend was in trouble, he put his destiny on hold and focus on rescuing his friend. Sometimes, I think life is like that – When we have a great plan or path right in front of us, sometimes, life throws us small problems that will not compromise our destinies but put our characters to the test. Like Thrall – he could have left his friend and head to his goal but I believe that even though we might have great things ahead of us, we should not focus too much on it that we forget whatever is happening around us, we should value who we are more than what we do and be faithful to the little things. I believe that if we continue to do that, all the great things will fall in it’s place as our character has built a strong foundation for our skills to build on and reach our goals.
